Through Thick & Sin follows the intertwined lives of three women from vastly different backgrounds, with elements of Jamaican culture woven throughout the story. As their worlds collide, the series explores friendship, ambition, loyalty, betrayal, and resilience as each woman battles financial hardship, personal demons, and difficult choices in pursuit of what’s left of their careers and their survival. The choices they make begin to blur the line between survival and self destruction.
